I build FiveM resources that stay at 0.00ms — and the loading screens, panels and sites around them.

An AI UX audit that shows a website where its visitors give up. Stripe subscriptions, audits in an isolated Chromium, 30 test suites.

An editor that turns a screen recording into a polished video: a zoom on every click, a smoothed cursor, 4K export at 60 fps. Windows, macOS and Linux.

A villa rental website redesign: same identity, rethought journeys and accessibility, fixed contrast.

A paper-trading desk on top of Terminal and Axiom: live prices, real fees, TP/SL orders, chart replay, five chains. Published on the Chrome Web Store.

A few of the scripts I sell through CBz Network. No prices and no cart here: every card opens its page in the store.

The essentials to launch your city — in one pack.
A script is not finished when it works. It is finished when it idles at nothing, reads cleanly, and the next person can change it. That is the whole job.
Scripts, interfaces, and the half of the job that is not Lua.
Resources written from scratch for one server: gameplay systems, jobs, HUDs, whatever is missing.
The screens players actually touch — HUDs, menus, inventories — built with real web tooling instead of raw CSS guesswork.
A new skin on a resource you already run. Same logic, same updates, your colours and your type.
resmon audits and refactors: finding the threads and loops that eat the server’s frame budget, and killing them.
ESX, QBCore, Qbox or standalone — making a resource sit properly on whatever the server already runs.
The server’s site, its loading screen, a player panel, a whitelist flow, a Discord sign-in. The half of the job that is not Lua.
We talk through what the server actually needs, and agree on where it stops.
A short written spec: features, framework, data, and a date.
I write it, and show progress as I go — no reveal at the end.
Run on a server that looks like yours, and checked against resmon.
Installed, documented, and two weeks of fixes after delivery.
One year, from a first Tebex shop to an agency store.
A reskin of ox_inventory, and a browser preview to show it without launching the game.
My first three resources go on sale under my own Tebex handle.
A two-person FiveM scripts agency: the showcase site first, then the store.

The Tebex Headless store goes up: catalogue, cart and checkout, no back office.
My own Tebex shop closes. Everything I sell moves to CBz Network.
Open for commissions: a script, a reskin, a loading screen, or the site around it.
Work with meMostly ESX and standalone, and QBCore when a server runs it. Tell me what you run and I will tell you straight whether it is a good fit.
At CBz Network — cbz-agency.com. My own Tebex shop is closed; the agency store is the only place my resources are sold now.
No. Work you commission is delivered as open, readable code, and it is yours. Escrow only applies to the ready-made resources in the store.
A small tweak lands in a few days. A full resource is usually one to two weeks, depending on scope. You get a date before I start, not after.
That is part of the job, not an extra. Everything is checked against resmon and written to idle at 0.00ms when nothing is happening.
Yes — that is half of what I do. Server sites, loading screens, player panels and whitelist flows are all in the work above.
